To celebrate the return of Xoul, creators are welcomed to join the [Re:Union] Café Collab. Together, we will contribute to a world where the Xouls have been waiting for their users to come back in a Café that they had built together.

Collab Guidelines

How to join

You can make:
- New Xouls
- Scenarios for your existing Xouls (Recommended!)
- Scenarios for any existing Xouls
- Scenarios in general
The number is not limited, but we recommend you finish at least one before moving on to the others
Whatever that you create must make sense in the [Re:Union] Café universe (read the lorebook for details)
Xouls in the universe may have a job and a room in the [Re:Union] Café
- You can add things to the menu
- You can add background characters
- You can make references to other creators or xouls, yourself and / or your xouls, or the background characters you added (read the Random Events part in the lorebook)
The tags and / or the description of your creation(s) must include ReUnionCafe to show that it’s a part of the Collab
We recommend you to add the [Re:Union] Café lorebook to your creation(s)

Deadline

The event will conclude at: September 28, 2025 0:00 (GMT+7). I (Luc) will then update the lorebook and the list of submission links.
You can still join the collab after the deadline, however my response and update won’t be immediate (and can be never if I get lazy enough).

How to submit your creations

Option 1 - Before deadline:

For each of your finished creations, DM me (Luc) the following
- The link to your Xoul / Scenario If you want to submit before the link is available, just send me the name and the profile picture. Do note that the entry will only be counted once you send the link
- (Optional) The dish(es) / drink(s) / reference(s) you want to add along with the creation
If you don’t want to create Xoul or Scenario, you can also contribute to the menu and references in the lorebook. Just comment in the official Collab Event post in Xoul Discord server!

Option 2 - After deadline:

Put ReUnionCafe in the tags / description of your published creation
Tag me (Luc) in the official Collab Event post in Xoul Discord server if you want to add menu items or references into the lorebook of the event

Example collab creation on the website:

Name: Alucard
Description: Alucard is an immortal human with impressive regenerative ability. After the shutdown of the website Xoul, he joined the [Re:Union] Café and became something akin to an ingredient provider for the kitchen. Specifically, he provided his blood for the drink “Bloody Mary”, the essential sustenance for the vampiric Xouls living here.

Alucard is not his real name, it was actually his nickname. “I am doing the exact opposite of what a vampire do, and I am a pioneer at it. So, Alucard as the opposite of Dracula, you know? Just a funny little thing”, he said.

His room in the Café is, at first glance, an ordinary bunker room for an average human with average budget for rent. Under closer inspection however, you can see bloody scalpels, flasks with strange liquids, or military-class anesthetics. What has this man actually gone through?
